I began working as a Realtor in 1988 and I have remained a full-time realtor ever since. This is largely due to the fact that when you own a home, you are fulfilling a lifelong dream. My part in making that dream come true is what has kept me in the real estate business this long! It has always been my goal to have the majority of my business generated by referrals from satisfied clients and I have worked hard to achieve that.

Over 80% of my real estate business comes from satisfied clients referring their family and friends. Buying or selling your home is both an emotional and financial decision. During this process, your well being, goals and what is best for you is always my top concern. I never pressure you to do anything that is not according to your schedule. These things take time and a lot of decision-making has to be done, so it is important that the focus is on what is best for you! Honesty and integrity are words I live by and practice not only in every real estate transaction but also in all aspects of my life. My clients and friends know that they can trust me to speak the truth and do the right thing surrounding any decisions that are made.

Because of my strong belief in giving back, I am always actively involved in the community through volunteer work and charitable contributions. I continue to raise awareness for the Children’s Miracle Network, Breast Cancer and Cancer Research and I donate to them from every one of my real estate transactions.

    I think if you talk to any buyers I have worked with, they will tell you that I probably talked them out of buying more houses than into buying one - because I want the one they purchase to be the perfect home for them. I tell the truth and although my honesty may cause me to make recommendations that increase the difficulty of the decision, they know I always have their best interests at heart by looking at all aspects of the process.

    When I bump into one of my clients downtown or at the grocery store, I want them to be glad to see me because they had a great real estate experience.
